Awesome product. Terrible customer service.

I placed three orders for Sanudo Shower Gel: a very high-quality product with a unique scent. However, for the last two orders, I contacted customer service (before shipping and including the order number) to ask if a sample of the Sanudo Eau de Parfum could be included, as I was considering buying it. I never received a sample (perhaps they don't exist, but at €120 for 50ml, one might want to try it first, right?). But more importantly, I never received any response. Nothing. Not a word. I find this deplorable in terms of customer service.
